Auto-reply
Rule-based automatic AI replies, KVKK consent, and the diagnostics panel.
Auto-reply answers incoming reviews automatically with AI based on rules you set β it's how you keep your reply rate near 100% at high volume. It's configured on Reviews β Auto-reply.
Settings
- On/Off β the master switch.
- Tone β professional / friendly / apologetic.
- Minimum rating β from which rating up to reply (1 = all). E.g. choose 4 and only 4-5 stars get auto-replied, so you handle low ratings by hand.
- Max daily replies β up to an admin ceiling (default 50).
- Delay β how many minutes after a review arrives to reply (30 / 60 / 360 / 720). A natural delay, not instant.
Enabling auto-reply requires KVKK consent (the checkbox on the screen). This is explicit consent for processing customer data with AI.
"Why isn't it replying?" diagnostics
The screen shows a diagnostics panel built from the exact same queries as the engine's selection filters:
- Pending, eligible now, replied today counts.
- Blocked breakdown: below minimum rating, waiting for delay, already has a reply record, suppressed, in flight.
- Per-business daily AI budget: used / limit / remaining / exhausted.
So you can see exactly why "my review still isn't answered".
How it works
A background scheduler picks eligible reviews (those matching minimum rating + delay + daily cap + AI budget rules), generates an AI reply, and sends it. Manual replying is always available.
Why it affects ranking
Reply rate is part of the reputation signal the audit weights most heavily. Auto-reply prevents that rate from dropping at businesses with lots of reviews; it lets you handle low ratings by hand (via the minimum-rating threshold) while closing positives automatically.
