A workspace in Localghost is managed with four roles: OWNER, ADMIN, EDITOR, VIEWER. Permissions are split into 20 keys across 10 groups (view/manage). For team management: Team & roles.

Summary
- OWNER — does everything, can transfer ownership.
- ADMIN — nearly everything EXCEPT billing management (
billing.manage). - EDITOR — manages content/reviews/tasks; NO business management, rank/competitor management, settings, or billing.
- VIEWER — read-only + support viewing.
Overrides
At invite time or later, per-permission overrides can be set on top of the role default (toggle a specific permission on/off). The OWNER can't change their own role/permissions.
