Notifications
~30 notification types, read/dismiss management, and email preferences.
Notifications bring the events you need to act on to you in time: new/negative reviews, ranking changes, sync/payment status, audit score drops, and more. They're viewed on the Notifications screen.
Notification types
There are about 30 types, in these main groups:
- Reviews: new review, negative review, review reminder.
- AI & content: AI reply ready, content generated, post published/scheduled/failed.
- Profile & sync: sync completed/failed, profile updated, new photo, profile protected.
- Ranking: ranking up/down, new keyword data.
- Account: trial ending, payment success/failure, plan upgraded/downgraded, limit warning.
- System: new feature, maintenance, welcome, audit score drop.
Usage
You view the list, mark items read one by one or in bulk, and dismiss a notification. The unread badge appears in the top menu. Notifications have a retention window.
Preferences
Toggle preferences like email notifications and review alerts from Settings → Notifications.
Why it matters
In local SEO, speed matters: catching a negative review early and replying, noticing a ranking drop or audit score loss, seeing a payment issue in time — notifications are that "timely action" layer.
