QR review collection

A QR code to your review page to keep new reviews flowing.

Updated:

The most practical way to collect more reviews is to hand the customer a direct "leave a review" link. The Reviews → QR screen generates a QR code that points to your business's review page.

How to use it

  1. Open the Reviews → QR screen.
  2. Download the generated QR code.
  3. Place it at customer touchpoints: table card, checkout, receipt, exit door, packaging, email signature.

When the customer scans the QR, they go straight to the Google review screen — friction is minimized.

Why it matters

Review count and freshness are among the strongest local ranking and conversion signals. The SEO Audit scores review count against a target above the competitor average and expects new reviews in the last 30 days (freshness). QR is the lowest-effort way to keep the flow of new reviews going.

Best timing: ask when a customer is leaving happy. Showing the QR right after the service with "would you share your experience?" markedly lifts conversion. Don't offer a discount/gift in exchange for a review — it violates Google's guidelines.
