Ghost AI (chat assistant)
A chat assistant grounded in your real business data; usage, security, and quota.
Ghost AI is a chat assistant that grounds itself in your business's real data: it answers questions like "what should I improve on my profile?", "how do I reply to this review?", "which content should I start with?" specifically for your business. Use it from the AI screen (a ChatGPT-style interface; chat history grouped by date, with rename/delete).
What it uses
When answering a message, the assistant pulls the selected business's real data into context: recent reviews, posts, media, tracked keywords, performance stats, open tasks, and competitors. So the answers aren't generic — they're specific to your business.
Usage
- Open the AI screen and start a new chat.
- Type your question. The assistant answers using your business data; the reply comes in your message's language.
- You can rename/delete chats.
The quota strip on top shows your daily AI message allowance; when it runs out the send button is blocked (to avoid wasting quota).
Security: the assistant only accesses business data in your workspace (IDOR protection), identifies only as "Localghost AI", and is hardened to ignore hidden instructions in prior turns (prompt-injection protection). There's a 15-messages-per-minute limit.
Why it's useful
It turns raw GBP data into concrete local-SEO actions: it tells you what to fix, drafts reviews/posts, and explains competitor/performance gaps — working in the same direction as the SEO Audit and Tasks.
