SEO Audit

18 checks, a weighted score, +points impact, and fix links.

Updated:

The SEO Audit reduces your profile's ranking health to a single 0-100 score and tells you what to fix, in what priority. It runs from the SEO Audit screen.

How it works

The audit is fully deterministic β€” it uses no AI (the route lives under ai/ for historical reasons, but there's no LLM inside). It weighs 18 checks across 4 categories and produces the overall score as a weighted average:

CategoryExample checks
Profilename, description, primary/additional category, phone, services
Reputationrating, reviews (highest weight)
Visibilitydirectories/NAP, website, social
Contentphotos, posts, offers, hours

Priority actions

Each check carries a "+X points" impact (the estimated contribution to the overall score if you fix it) and a direct link to the screen that fixes it (e.g. description β†’ Profile, unreplied review β†’ Reviews). So you start with the highest-impact work.

Targets (reference)

CheckTarget
Description700+ chars + keywords
Rating4.5+
Reviewscompetitor avg Γ—1.1 (floor 20)
Directories20, zero NAP mismatches
Photos27 + freshness
Posts3/month + regularity
Services3+
Social2+ platforms

The detailed checklist shows, per item, your value vs the recommended target and (if grid data exists) a competitor benchmark. Regional rivals come from your grid scans.

20 audits per hour; permission reports.view. Audit results automatically become Tasks. If the score drops β‰₯5 points from the previous one, a notification is sent.

Why it matters

The audit reduces "what exactly do I do to rank higher" to a weighted, prioritized, clickable list. The practical loop: run the Audit β†’ do the highest +points item β†’ measure with Grid Scan a week later β†’ repeat.

What's next

The self-maintaining to-do list from audit findings: the Task system.
