Last updated: 2 min read

In short

  • Plans are monthly or yearly; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period.
  • Using Localghost for anything against Google's rules, like fake reviews, is not allowed.
  • Turkish law applies; your consumer rights are reserved.

This summary is for convenience; the text below is what applies.

1.Scope and parties

These Terms of Use govern the rights and obligations between Localghost and everyone who uses the Localghost platform. By using the platform you accept these terms.

2.The service

Localghost offers Google Business Profile management, review and post management, grid scans, competitor analysis, SEO audits, reporting and AI-assisted suggestions. Google's own services are governed by Google's terms; we don't guarantee your ranking on Google.

3.Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us right away. For security reasons we may suspend access to an account partly or fully when needed.

4.Rules of use

  • No use that breaks applicable law.
  • No content that infringes third-party rights.
  • No use against Google's rules, such as fake or bought reviews or misleading business information.
  • No reverse engineering, unauthorized access or abuse of the platform.

5.Pricing, subscription and termination

Subscriptions are charged monthly or yearly. If you have a saved card, the subscription renews from it at the end of each period; otherwise you pay again to renew. Cancelling and downgrading take effect at the end of the current period. Refunds and withdrawal follow the Refund Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement; in consumer transactions the mandatory provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation take precedence.

6.Intellectual property

Rights to the platform's software, interface, design and brand belong to Localghost. Content you create in the dashboard and your business data belong to you.

7.Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. For third-party outages (including Google), internet and infrastructure problems and similar events, liability is limited to the extent the law allows.

8.Changes

These terms may be updated. Significant changes are announced in the dashboard or by email before they take effect.

9.Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts handle consumer disputes; competent courts and enforcement offices handle commercial disputes.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
