  • If the system can verify it, the task completes on its own. Otherwise you mark it done. Both show up under Done for 30 days.

  • Yes. A hidden task isn't suggested again for a while (7 days for urgent tasks, 90 days for real gaps, 30 days for the rest), and you can bring it back from the Hidden tab.
