1.Data controller and basis
Localghost is the data controller under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. This notice explains how your personal data is processed, as required by Article 10 of the KVKK.
2.Categories of personal data
- Identity: first and last name

- Customer transactions: subscription, payment and invoice records
- Security: IP, session and sign-in records, device fingerprint
- Usage: dashboard preferences, cookie data, support conversations

- Creating your account and providing the service

- Commercial communication, where you have given explicit consent
4.Recipients
As far as needed to provide the service, data may be shared with our payment institution (iyzico), hosting and content delivery, email delivery and AI text generation providers, and with authorities empowered by law. Some providers are located abroad. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.
5.Collection, legal grounds and retention
Data is collected electronically through sign-up and payment forms, platform usage records, the Google account you connect and support channels. Processing relies on the legal grounds in KVKK Art. 5. Data is kept for as long as the law requires or the purpose needs; periods are listed in the Privacy Policy.
6.Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

7.How to apply
Send your request with information that lets us verify your identity to info@localghost.co. Writing from the email on your account makes verification easier. We conclude requests within 30 days (KVKK Art. 13).
