1. Scope and Parties
These Terms of Use govern the rights and obligations between Localghost and all users who use the Localghost platform. Your use of the platform means that you accept these terms.
2. Subject of the Service
Localghost offers business profile management, review management, content planning, ranking tracking, analytics, and AI-assisted recommendation tools.
3. Account and Security
You are responsible for the security of your account information. In the event of a suspected unauthorized use, you must contact us immediately. The platform may, for security reasons, partially or fully suspend account access where necessary.
4. Rules of Use
- Use that violates applicable legislation is prohibited.
- Content that infringes the rights of third parties may not be generated or published.
- Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, and misuse directed at the platform are prohibited.
- The terms of use of Google and its affiliated services must be complied with.
5. Pricing, Subscription, and Termination
Subscriptions are charged periodically (monthly/annually). Unless otherwise stated, cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. Due to the nature of the digital service, the Refund Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement apply to refund/withdrawal conditions.
In consumer transactions, the mandatory provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts shall apply with priority.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform's software, interface, designs, and brand elements belong to Localghost. Reproduction, copying, and distribution that violate the legislation are prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." In cases such as third-party service interruptions, internet/infrastructure problems, and user-related data losses, liability is limited to the extent permitted by the legislation.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Significant changes are announced via in-platform notification or email before they take effect.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This document is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In disputes, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are competent for consumer transactions; the competent courts and enforcement offices apply for commercial transactions.
This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version shall prevail.
