Tasks are generated from your live profile data: unanswered reviews, missing photos, slipping rankings, low post velocity, audit recommendations and more. No manual setup — they appear automatically.
Can I add my own tasks?
Yes. Beyond auto-generated tasks, you can create custom tasks for anything (e.g., 'shoot exterior photos', 'update menu').
How are deadlines set?
Each task type has a sensible default deadline (negative review = 24h, missing service category = 7 days, etc.). You can override per task.
Can my team see only their tasks?
Yes. Assign tasks to specific seats; team members see their queue and a shared 'unassigned' bucket. Role-based permissions control visibility.
What happens when I complete a task?
